Q. How long have I been making beads?
A. Not very long, just over a year now part time, I hope you are not disappointed....
Q. Where/how did I learn?
A. First I attended a short workshop in Florence, Italy then I practised for many hours and still do!
Recently I attended another workshop on Murano Island off Venice, Italy the home of the masters of glass! It was obviously amazing and I am more hooked on glass than ever!

Q. Do I have a studio/workshop?
A. Yes I am VERY lucky, it was converted for me by my partner
Q. How can I purchase your beads?
A. You can buy on line here or you can visit
any of the galleries I supply
Also I do have studio visits by appointment only UNLESS it is the open studio days during the
ST IVES SEPTEMBER FESTIVAL during this time all are welcome
Q. How many hours do I Lampwork?
A. As many as possible but it is not my main occupation - yet?
Q. What tools do I use?
A. I use a Norton Minor Torch and Paragon Kiln, propane gas and oxygen
Q. Which glass do I use?
A. Effetre Italian glass rods
Q. Do I make bead mistakes?
A. LOTS !!! I learn new glassy art daily....

Q. What do you do to relax?
A. When I have time I attempt to play the classical guitar - thank you to all my musical friends who have endless patience! and my teacher who deserves a gold medal !
